Cindy Thompson

Host

Over the past 30 years I have had the privilege of diving into the psychology behind human relationships, communication, and self-development. In witnessing amazing transformation among thousands of individuals, I have great confidence in human potential. Whether in my counselling practice, coaching leaders or as a podcaster, I am looking for possibilities and successes in each individual and in each situation.

Robert Thompson

President of Cindy’s Fan Club

As Cindy’s husband, Robert became very invested in supporting Cindy on A Resilience Project. As her Chief cheerleader, technical support, part editor and systems manager, Robert had no idea he would be this busy in “retirement”. Having worked as a manager in a technical section of the RCMP for most of his career, and now as a Leadership Coach at Thompson Leadership Coaching, he loved being part of this meaningful project.
